Electronic analytical balance models FA-1004/2004/3004, JF-1004/2004
Weighing 100/200 grams/300 grams, with an accuracy of 0.1 milligrams or one ten thousandth of a gram
1、 The electronic analytical balance has: automatic calibration function, overload/underload alarm display function, and peeling function,
Accumulation/subtraction function, weighing method/weighing unit conversion function, data output printing function, bottom hook weighing function.
2、 Main technical parameters: Weighing range: 100/110/200/220/310g
Reading accuracy: 0.1mg is equivalent to one ten thousandth of a gram
3、 Operating rules for electronic balance weighing, peeling, adding, reading deviation, etc
1. Weighing:
After the above modes are selected by the user (the default values when the balance is turned on are "INT-3, ASD-2, PRT-4"), press the<Peel>button to display zero. Then, place the object to be weighed on the scale pan and wait for the balance to stabilize - that is, after the "o" and "Please wait" signs on the left side of the display turn off, the displayed value of the balance will be the mass value of the object to be weighed.
2. Peel weight:
Place the container on the scale pan, and the balance will display the weight of the container. Press the<tare>button to display zero, which means the tare weight has been removed. Place the object in the container again, and the net weight of the object will be displayed.
3. Accumulated weighing:
Using the tare free weighing method, place the weighed objects one by one on the scale pan, and correspondingly remove the tare one by one to zero. Finally, remove all the weighed objects, and the absolute value of the displayed number is the total mass value of the weighed objects.
4. Addition:
Set the "INT-0, ASD-0" mode, place the container on the scale pan, and remove the skin weight. Gradually adding the weighing material (liquid or loose) into the container can quickly obtain continuous readings. When the measured object reaches the required weighing capacity, the "o" and "Please wait" signs on the far left of the display will turn off, and the displayed value will be the weighing value required by the user. When adding the mixture, the skin weight method can be used to measure the net mass of each substance being weighed.
5. Reading deviation:
Place the reference weight (or sample) on the scale pan, remove the skin weight, and then take off the reference code to display its negative value. Place the measured object on the scale again, and display the corresponding positive or negative deviation value depending on whether the measured object is heavier or lighter than the reference weight.
6. Hereinafter referred to as:
Loosen the screw of the lower small round cover to expose the hook. Place the balance on the perforated workbench, adjust it horizontally, and calibrate the balance. Then, you can use the hook to hang the object and weigh it.
*The balance must be used with caution. The scale pan and outer shell need to be gently wiped with a soft cloth and toothpaste frequently. Do not use strong solvents to scrub.
