working principle:
The raw water is taken from the ultrapure water circuit and enters the anode chamber of the reaction unit. The contact surface between the anode and the electrochemical stabilization membrane is divided into two components. Hydrogen protons enter the membrane and are compressed into hydrogen gas on the cathode side before being released into the atmosphere, while free oxygen on the anode side is converted into ozone and dissolved in water. The water/oxygen/ozone mixture leaving the reaction unit is reintroduced into the circulation loop. The device is a means of disinfecting with ultrapure water/purified water. Because ozone is prepared by utilizing the water to be treated, the entire process reduces pollution generation without the need for chemical agents or other additional treatment methods. If ozone is no longer needed in the process, a UV ozone disruptor can be installed before the first point of pure water use.
