1、 Technical Introduction
Electrolytic flocculation technology (CY-EFR) is a core product independently developed by our company through 3 years of unremitting efforts. Based on the introduction of relevant electrolytic technology, it has been developed through extensive experiments and applications, completely solving the common problems of electrode passivation, high electrode consumption, high power consumption, stability, amplification, etc. in traditional electrochemical water treatment equipment. The actual application effects of CY-EFR series products in different fields of wastewater projects have shown that they have reached a high level in the field of electrochemical treatment.
Electrolytic flocculation is based on the principles of electrolysis and electrocoagulation. Charged pollutant particles swim in an electric field, and some of their charges are neutralized by the electrode, promoting their destabilization and sedimentation. When wastewater is subjected to electrolytic flocculation treatment, it not only has a coagulation and precipitation effect on colloidal and suspended impurities, but also can remove various pollutants in water due to the oxidation effect of the anode and the reduction effect of the cathode. It combines various physical and chemical processes such as oxidation, reduction, neutralization, coagulation, air flotation separation, and emulsion breaking to treat pollutants in wastewater in an instant. It has unique treatment effects for wastewater containing heavy metals and high difficulty organic wastewater (such as poor biodegradability, high salt content, emulsions, inks, resins, etc.).
In addition, the CY-EFR series products also include pure electrolytic non consumable electrode plate series, electrolytic flocculation demulsification series, electric Fenton strong oxidation series, etc.

Depending on the wastewater, the COD removal rate ranges from 80% to 98%, and the SS removal rate ranges from 85% to 99%,

3、 Scope of application
Oily wastewater (demulsification/flocculation/air flotation function): emulsified oil/expansion oil wastewater, paint production wastewater, spray ink production wastewater, vegetable oil/mineral oil refining wastewater, etc;
Heavy metal wastewater (with breaking/cyanide/reducing functions): electroplating wastewater, circuit board wastewater, etc;
Difficult to degrade organic wastewater (oxidation/flocculation function): petroleum/fine chemical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, pesticide wastewater, leather wastewater, food wastewater (starch, monosodium glutamate, citric acid, etc.), garbage leachate, high salinity wastewater, etc.

4、 Instructions for use
1. Electricity requirements: The input terminal is 380V voltage, and the main cable is selected according to the installed power corresponding to the specifications. The actual power used is about 30% -60% of the installed power depending on the water quality;
2. Import and export pipe diameter: The main reaction body of the equipment is fully sealed, and the inlet pipe diameter of the equipment is the outlet pipe diameter of the inlet lifting water pump;
3. Electrical control requirements: The equipment is an integrated device, and the control system is independently designed. The standard control points for the control system include one CY-EFR host, one lifting pump, two dosing pumps, one reaction host mixer, and two additional reserved control points;
4. Inlet requirements: conductivity greater than 200um/cm, SS less than 1000mg/L, temperature less than 45C, pH value 2-14 (adjusted for different wastewater), floating oil content less than 10000mg/L (oil separation treatment or chemical demulsification pretreatment is required when higher);
