Introduction to Electric Welded Gate Valve:
Electric welding gate valve（Z961Y power station gate valve）Composed of a welded gate valve equipped with an electric actuator combination, the two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, and the middle part adopts a pressure self tightening type without a valve cover. The valve stem is driven by an electric device power supply to move up and down, controlling the opening and closing of the gate valve. Electric welded gate valves are mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure applications such as water, steam, oil, and superheated steam pipelines, with a pressure generally within PN25.0MPa. It has the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can be operated locally or remotely controlled.

Advantages of electric welding gate valve:
1. The shell is precision cast with a smooth appearance and uniform structure, meeting the requirements of high, medium, and low pressure.
2. The design and manufacturing of welded electric gate valves shall comply with standards such as JB/T3595, and can be used in conjunction with domestic equipment.
3. The valve chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure with good sealing performance, and the two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures.
4. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Installation and maintenance of electric welding gate valve:
1. When welding this gate valve to the pipeline, the valve should be opened and the neck should be protected with moisture to minimize high temperature heat conduction and prevent damage to the sealing packing.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use force rods when closing the valve. When the gate is closed to the top, the handwheel should rotate 1/2 turn to keep the gate in a floating state.
3. During the use of gate valves, a fixed amount of lubricating grease should be regularly injected into the grease fitting of the valve cap.
4. If the valve leaks due to vulnerable parts during use, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
5. During the maintenance process of the valve, the inner cavity should be cleaned thoroughly, and lubricating grease should be added to each transmission part during assembly.
6. During the storage and shutdown period of the valve, the gate should be in the closed position. For long-term storage, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place and regularly inspected and maintained.
