ZAZQ(X)Electric three-way regulating valveThere are two types of merging and splitting, consisting of DKZ electric actuator and three-way merging or three-way splitting regulation, powered by a power source, receiving a unified standard signal of 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA Dc to drive the valve opening corresponding to this operation signal. The function of a shunt valve is to divide a fluid into two streams. Diverting and merging valves can only be selected accordingly, but when DN ≤ 80, merging valves can be used in diversion situations. Can replace two single or double seat regulating valves, saving investment and occupying less space. Three way regulating valves are commonly used for regulating two types of media in heat exchangers, as well as for simple ratio adjustment.
The diameter of the electric three-way regulating valve product ranges from 25mm to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa. The temperature range is -60 ℃ to 450 ℃, and the control signal is 0~10 or 4~20mA.DC. There are two types of actuators available: ordinary and electronic.
This series of electric three-way regulating valves is driven by electricity, and the circuit board and other components of the electric actuator may generate sparks in the event of a malfunction. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a pneumatic three-way regulating valve when using in harsh environments or transporting flammable and explosive media.
