Product details

Electric pole bending moment testerpurpose

  • This pole testing instrument is suitable for measuring the load characteristics and displacement changes of cement poles.

2. After configuring different force sensors, the mechanical performance testing of all rod-shaped material products can be expanded, and it can also be tested in all situations of other loads and displacements.

  • A display instrument has four display windows, which can be configured with 2 force sensors and 3 displacement sensors,

4. A 1500mm sensor displays the slight displacement of the pole, while two 20mm sensors measure the displacement at the base of the pole, with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.01 millimeters. It can also be used to test areas with high precision requirements. It is a popular product in the cement products industry and testing industry.

Electric pole bending moment testerIndicator functional conditions

1. Purpose: Measurement within 200KN for testing

Measurement: Displacement measurement within 1500mm using a winding method

(The smallest display unit is 1mm)

Direct sliding 100mm displacement sensor

(The smallest display unit is 0.1mm)

Direct sliding 20mm displacement sensor

(The smallest display unit is 0.01mm)

  • Force display unit

At 200KN The reading is 0.1KN

At 20KN The reading is 0.01KN

3. Displacement display unit in millimeters

4. Measurement accuracy ≤1% . Reading ± 1 word

5. Adjust the force display to zero

6. Zero adjustment of displacement display

7. Environmental temperature for use -5℃ ~+45℃

8. Use environmental humidity 80% (relative humidity)

9. Power supply voltage range~220 ± 15% (50Hz)

10. There is no strong magnetic field around during use.

Usage:

1. First, use a five core cable signal line to connect the selected load sensor to the "force signal input" socket on the left side of the rear panel of the tester. (Turn the toggle on the front panel to the selected sensor range, such as 20KN or 200KN) After zeroing, it will display 000KN

2. Connect the 1.5m deflection sensor to the signal line, and then connect it to the middle of the rear panel of the tester The 'large displacement input' socket is connected, and the actual displacement signal has been turned on. (Each signal input corresponds to the display window in front of it)

3. Connect the 100mm displacement sensor 1 to the signal line, and then connect it to the "displacement input 1" socket in the middle of the rear panel of the tester.

4.Connect the 20mm displacement sensor 2 to the signal line, and then connect it to the "20mm displacement input 2" socket in the middle of the rear panel of the tester.

5. Connect the power plug to the 220V socket on the right side of the rear panel of the tester, and then plug in the three wire plug to the 220V mains power (connect). At this point, the power is connected.

There are displays on the four window screens of the instrument panel. If the zero position cannot be displayed, adjust the zero knob under the front panel window to the zero position.

7. At this point, the force being pulled is applied, and the data displayed in the load, displacement, and other four windows are the actual test data required.

Attention: The 20mm displacement sensor needs to be zeroed under load in order to measure accurately
