This instrument is the crystallization of our company's years of production experience, integrating various advanced technologies at home and abroad. The instrument uses a 200W 20000 rpm single-phase series excited micro motor, which drives the rotary blade to work inside the bottle cup, utilizing the fluid dynamics inside the bottle and high-speed mechanical shear force. There are six sizes of bottles, knives, and knife shafts, and six temperature control cups are attached. Hot water or coolant can be placed in the cups to adjust the temperature according to the needs of the materials. Mechanical positioning is also provided, making the entire machine easy to operate. The electrical part is equipped with switches, power on indicator lights, and adjusters that can adjust the speed infinitely according to the required speed. The housing is equipped with a grounding device, making it safe and reliable to use.

Three:YQ-3Instructions for use:

1. Select the bottle cup according to the load capacity, put the material into the bottle, turn the required bottle cup clockwise onto the locator, center it with the motor shaft, tighten the nut, and connect the motor shaft to the rubber tube on the knife shaft, evenly distributing it up and down. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light will light up to turn on the power, adjust the speed controller knob, and select the appropriate speed.

2. Pay attention to the following before starting up:

(1) Due to the high motor speed, continuous use may cause the motor to burn out. Therefore, the usage time is limited to two minutes and can only be used after stopping for five minutes.

(2) The power supply must match the technical data.

(3) Connect the machine shaft and knife shaft vertically with a rubber tube.

(4) To avoid excessive torque generated by the blade shaft, damage to the machine parts, and breakage of the bottle cup, the speed controller knob should be in the zero position before starting up. The speed regulator changes from slow to fast.

(5) The blade should be sharpened and the diagonal angle should be symmetrical, without deformation, to ensure stable startup and high efficiency.

3. The motor and speed controller should not be affected by moisture, and should be kept clean and properly stored.

4. The bearings should be inspected regularly, and high lubricating grease should be added every six months.

5. The engine is not turning, the speed regulator is not adjusting, and the indicator light is still on. It needs to be stopped for inspection.

6. The charcoal brush needs to be checked regularly and replaced if it is worn out. If excessive sparks are found on the carbon brush, it should be stopped from use, the cause of the fault should be checked, and only after repair can it be turned on.
