1、 Product Overview

　　polyaluminum chloride pac-L is made by reacting high-purity hydrochloric acid, aluminum hydroxide, and calcium chlorate powder at high temperature, and then adding refined aluminum sulfate for polymerization. The 10% liquid is clear and transparent, and the solid is light yellow micro powder. Widely adaptable to water. Easy to quickly form large alum flowers, with good precipitation performance. The suitable pH range is wide (5-9) and the pH and alkalinity of the treated water decrease little. When the water temperature is low, a stable sedimentation effect can still be maintained. The alkalinity is higher than other aluminum salts and iron salts, and it has less corrosive effect on equipment. Mainly used as a hardener for drinking water purification and precision casting processes.

3、 Usage method
Firstly, dilute the product into a 10% -20% aqueous solution (calculated based on the weight of the product), and conduct small-scale tests on site according to different water qualities and purposes to find the optimal dosage for use.

1. In the process of spray drying, the nozzle evenly sprays the mother liquor in the drying tower, so that the Al2O3 content is uniform and stable, which is easy to control within the index range, and enhances the adsorption capacity of colloidal particles, which can achieve two effects of coagulation and flocculation. Other drying methods cannot achieve this.
2. In water treatment, the degree of basicity, that is, the degree of polymerization, directly affects the water purification effect. The pressure type particle spray drying method is used to improve the degree of polymerization of the product while maintaining the original activity of the mother liquor. At the same time, the degree of basicity can be adjusted according to different water quality. However, drum drying is prone to damaging the degree of polymerization, resulting in a small range of product salinity and a narrow adaptability to water quality.
3. Due to the use of plate and frame pressure filtration technology, the solid insoluble matter is below 0.3 and the liquid insoluble matter is below 0.1, which can ensure the smooth flow of the user's pipeline and improve the drug utilization rate, which cannot be achieved by natural sedimentation method.
4、 Packaging and Storage
1. The export product is a PE bag with double-layer inner membrane, weighing 20kg. The domestic product is packaged in 25kg, with an outer layer of PVC plastic woven bag and two layers of inner membrane;
2. The solid storage period is one year;
3. It should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, and should not be mixed with other chemicals.
