Overview of ETA8XX Series Products
The ETA8XX series application motherboard is a small-sized motherboard based on the Innolux ESMARC motherboard that can be directly applied. The basic feature of the ETA8XX application motherboard is to introduce the required high-speed signal interface, such as Ethernet, on the motherboard USB、 Display interfaces, etc., while leaving conventional signals for industrial control, such as GPIO, serial ports, CAN, etc., to users for final expansion. The ETA8XX application motherboard uses two IDC40 dual row sockets (2.54mm spacing) to output low-speed signals from the ESMARC motherboard. These two IDC40 dual row sockets are named ETA8XX_CN1 and ETA8XX_CN2, respectively. The external dimensions of all models of ETA8XX application baseboards are 105mm × 105mm, which can be directly adopted by most customer chassis. The ETA8XX application motherboard needs to be used in conjunction with the Innolux ESMARC motherboard.
On the basis of the ETA8XX application motherboard, users can extend and drive the required low-speed signals, and the circuit is a user specific extension motherboard. The dedicated expansion board is connected together through two IDC40 dual row sockets of ETA8XX to construct a low-cost industrial control machine product for application. Users usually implement isolated input/output, RS232/RS485 driver circuits, CAN bus driver circuits, etc. on the secondary expansion board, all of which are mature and stable circuits. The biggest advantage of this approach is that it greatly simplifies the hardware development difficulty of the customer's entire machine and shortens the time for the customer's product to enter the market. It is an efficient and fast overall implementation solution.
ETA830 Product Introduction
ETA830 is an extended application motherboard designed by Innolux based on ESMARC industrial control motherboard for embedded communication system applications. Mainly focusing on high-speed signal resources such as network interfaces, USB interfaces, VGA display interfaces, SD cards, etc. The mechanical dimensions of ETA830 are defined as 105mmx105mm, with four 3.0mm mounting holes distributed at the four corners for easy fixation with the secondary expansion board, forming a complete industrial control system.
The ETA830 application motherboard provides the following resource interfaces:
● 1 Gigabit Ethernet interface, compatible with 10Mbps/100Mbps networks
● 1 adaptive network with 10Mbps/100Mbps
● Two USB ports
● 1-channel USB-OTG (inner side)
Mini PCIe interface, supporting 4G/3G/GPRS wireless modules
● VGA display interface
RBG display interface (inner side)
Plug in SD card holder (inner side)
RTC backup battery holder, supporting CR2032 batteries
● 2 double row IDC40 sockets (ETA8XX_CN1 and ETA8XX_CN2)
As a rapid prototyping complete machine product, ETA830 is also equipped with a dedicated aluminum alloy casing for selection.
