Working Principle:

The bottles are loaded into a specially designed bottle tray, which consists of a bottle tray and a cover plate, and the bottles are fixed in position by the perforated cover plate of the bottle tray. It is manually sent to the first station, and after the circulating water spray fills the bottle, it sinks to the ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic rough washing. Then, the bottle tray rises and is pushed into the second station, with the bottle mouth facing downwards to complete water throwing, high-pressure water spraying, high-pressure air drying, water throwing again, bottle discharge, and automatic entry into the sterilization oven.

All transportation functions of this machine are equipped with PLCProgram control, the air source is purified compressed air, the flushing water inside the bottle is injection water, and the outer wall and ultrasonic initial cleaning water are circulating water.
