battery test

Run bench testing or configure automated systems for production testing of battery units, modules, or battery packs. Determine the State of Health (SOH), classify the second useful life, and perform End of Life (EOL) testing. The efficiency is as high as 96%, which means that less energy is lost during repeated battery cycles, while the absorbed energy can be sent back to the local power grid.

Battery simulation

When designing or testing battery powered systems, reproducible results can be obtained by simulating battery cells, modules, or even the entire battery pack, without being affected by disposable battery errors. Overcurrent protection (OCP) can prevent damage to sensitive components, while voltage and current data recording can help you better understand the actual working conditions of the design.

Battery recycling

Recover the energy of the battery before it is scrapped. The adaptive function can reduce the maximum discharge current to 2 V, while the regeneration function can return the recovered energy to the grid with 96% efficiency.

3 channels double throughput

The EA-BT 20000 three channel battery tester integrates three 10kW channels into a 4U instrument. Each channel can be individually controlled to maximize test throughput, or connected in parallel when needed for testing to obtain greater current.

High precision and high speed

Each EA-BT 20000 series includes an external sensor that can directly measure the voltage on the battery. It can improve measurement accuracy and reduce errors caused by voltage drop of test leads, which is particularly important when using high currents.

The three channel model and communication speed of up to 1 ms can accelerate the testing speed in the bench and automation system. Active pre charging, cable and connection checks, and cable overload protection functions can further accelerate testing speed and prevent downtime.
