The harsh environment of the dust removal bin makes the measurement of its material level a difficult problem; Ordinary measurements such as resistive rotary level switches, vibrating rod level switches, capacitive level switches, etc. are generally in a semi operational state after about three months of use until they become paralyzed and cannot be measured or controlled. The reasons for its failure can be summarized as follows: (1) Currently, the measurement of the material level in the dust removal bin is carried out using a side mounted method, and the insertion depth of the side mounted level instrument often cannot exceed one meter. Because when the insertion depth exceeds one meter, the accumulated powder in the warehouse will bend the inserted probe rod; (2) Due to the relatively small particles of dust collected during dust removal, it is most likely to form internal hanging materials in the warehouse; (3) The condensation caused by the production process leads to severe powder hanging in the warehouse.
Based on the above reasons analysis, in order to accurately measure the height of the material level in the dust removal bin, it is necessary to find a way to prevent the measuring probe from being buried by the hanging materials in the bin. Based on a comprehensive analysis of various drawbacks and factors of dust removal warehouses both domestically and internationally, and taking into account the internal structural characteristics of dust removal warehouses, combined with our factory's years of production material level experience, we have invented a dust removal warehouse material level measuring instrument. It can fundamentally avoid the submergence of the probe by hanging materials in the silo and accurately measure the material level.
