1、 Product Introduction:

HD-TLS40Dual system automatic injection ion chromatographIt is a valve switching dual system ion chromatograph designed for customers. At the same time, it is equipped with a positive and negative ion suppressor system, a built-in 90 position automatic sampler, achieving fully automatic detection function, and a reserved interface for the eluent generator, which can achieve seamless docking. The constant temperature of the conductivity cell, the constant temperature of the Du box, and the one key start of the injection are all standard equipment of the instrument, forming a more powerful detection system.

3、 Product features:

1. The diversification of detectors and pump systems includes optional conductivity detectors, amperometric detectors, and ultraviolet detectors, equipped with integrated rotary automatic samplers and different configurations such as single pump, dual pump, and gradient pump.

2. Adopting PEEK material flow path as standard for the entire system. Including the analysis pump itself and all pipelines between the analysis pump and the six way valve, chromatographic column, suppressor, and detector, effectively preventing acid-base corrosion.

3. The control software needs to have one click flushing and one click maintenance functions.

4. Pump: High performance/low pulse low-pressure quaternary double plunger pump, using chemically inert non-metallic undamped pump head and PEEK pipeline. Suitable for pH 0-14 rinse solutions and reverse phase organic solvents. You can choose between analytical isotropic pumps and analytical quaternary gradient pumps as needed.

5. Structure: Dual electrode tubular conductivity cell, with controllable internal temperature structure. To truly achieve good accuracy and reproducibility of samples under constant temperature conditions, a digital signal control processor can be used. When detecting ions of different concentrations from μ g/L to g/L, the output signal can be directly digitally expanded without adjusting the range. The output value should be a direct conductivity signal, providing a chromatogram with conductivity output.

6. Anion suppressors can be regenerated through electrolysis without the need for acid addition. Easy to operate, in order to save customers' knowledge of suppressors, the company can provide a five-year warranty service.

7. Temperature control column box with conductivity pool dual constant temperature control, heating method: contact type or blower type.

8. Through high-performance Bluetooth and computer digital signal transmission, analysis methods and sequences can be programmed.

9. The graphical anti control interface provides real-time analysis of condition parameters and analysis results, online modification and collection of working parameters of various components, automatic fast data collection and post-processing, and instrument related data and operation status traceability function, facilitating fault diagnosis.

10. Support the establishment and calling of instrument analysis methods and data processing templates. The online automatic sampler does not require additional renaming of the collected spectral data, and supports the replacement and calling of sample analysis methods without stopping the machine, achieving unmanned analysis work.

④ The use of H+or OH - generated by online electrolysis to produce acidic or alkaline eluent can effectively avoid the influence of air and prevent changes in the mother liquor from affecting the eluent. Dilution cannot be used as a substitute. Easy to operate, users can directly input the desired concentration of the rinsing solution in the software without the need to write other non concentration parameters;
