5、 Installation steps of driving type lifting plate scraper

1. Reserve track steel embedded iron on both sides of the top wall of the horizontal flow pool, one meter per piece, and make bolts and pressure plates on both ends of each embedded iron to firmly press the steel rail.

2. Lift the equipment onto the leveling pool, place the four walking wheels on the steel rails, level them according to the reference line, and verify the installation dimensions.

3. Install sliding cables and electrical appliances, transfer the hanging cables into the steel wire rope with lifting rings, tighten the steel wire rope, and fix it on the columns at both ends. Connect the main cable, power on and adjust the walking situation, install the travel switch and touch block, and install the anti falling car baffle according to the return position.

4. Test drive, run the vehicle without interruption for at least 8 hours after installation, constantly check if there is any track drop during operation, and stop the vehicle promptly if found to prevent equipment from falling into the pool.
