Oil and gas drilling and production monitoring system—(RDIS-R2000)brief introduction

This system is used for monitoring the power equipment of oil and gas drilling rigs. Oil and gas drilling equipment, that is, the drilling rig operation site, is generally located in unmanned areas such as deserts, Gobi, and mountainous areas. The power source of the drilling rig relies on diesel engines or generator sets. Analysis of operating curve

Key data changes over time through curves, forming various data trends and mastering dynamic data trends. Curve analysis supports comparison operations by category, allowing for comparative analysis based on equipment components and subsystems.



Remote control

The system can achieve remote device silencing and emergency shutdown operations. When there is an emergency event with the equipment, or when other equipment such as the drilling rig encounters abnormalities or emergencies, the emergency plan can be remotely executed to achieve remote emergency shutdown. By remote control, it is possible to prevent operators from reaching dangerous areas and ensure their personal safety.



Remote tuning of equipment parameters

The monitoring equipment has offline alarm and shutdown functions. Through this system, the limit values for equipment alarm and shutdown can be remotely set, achieving remote parameter maintenance and centralized equipment parameter maintenance, avoiding manual setting for each unit separately.
