Working Principle:
This machine consists of two rotors that move relative to each other to form a crushing chamber. After the material is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding device, under the high-speed relative rotation of the two rotors, the material also accelerates and rotates, while moving in the outer circumferential direction under the centrifugal force. During this process, the material undergoes strong collisions between the pins on the two rotors and is crushed, and the degree of crushing becomes more intense as it moves outward. Due to the presence of 3-4 layers of pin rings on each rotor and the increased relative speed of the two rotors, the crushing effect of the material is more sufficient, resulting in a finer and more uniform particle size. During this crushing process, a large amount of air is sucked into the crushing area, which serves the purpose of cooling the machine, abrasive, and conveying materials. The bearing is designed with a compressed air seal device, which effectively prevents dust from entering the bearing and extends its service life.
