Brief introduction
Oscillators (large capacity bottle shaking machines) are instruments and equipment developed for pilot production or large-scale production in the field of biopharmaceutical research and application. 4、 Instructions for use:
Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.
3. Pack the culture test bottle. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are insufficient culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
4. Speed and time settings
After the controller is powered on, the upper row of the LCD screen displays "TS2P"; The bottom row of the LCD screen displays "V04". After about 3 seconds, it will enter the normal display state.
2. Setting and viewing speed and time
1) When there is no timing function (internal parameter table 3: ET=0)
Click the "Settings" button to enter the speed setting state, and the upper row of the LCD screen will display "- SP -", The lower row displays the speed setting value. After entering the speed setting state, the speed setting value flashes (first the bit value flashes), which can be modified by pressing the shift, increase, and decrease keys
The required speed setting value. Click the "Settings" button again, and the controller will automatically save the speed setting value and exit the setting state.
2) When there is a timing function (internal parameter table 3: ET=1)
① When the motor operates only in forward or reverse rotation (internal parameter table 2: Fr=0 or Fr=1)
Click the "Settings" button to enter the speed setting state, and the upper row of the LCD screen will display "- SP -", The lower row displays the speed setting value. After entering the speed setting state, use the shift, increase, and decrease keys to modify the desired speed setting value; Click the "Settings" button again, and the upper row of the LCD screen will display "- ST -", while the lower row will display the time setting value. After entering the time setting state, use the shift, increase, and decrease keys to modify the desired time setting value; Click the "Settings" button again, and the controller will automatically save the speed and time settings and exit the setting state.
