1、 Overview of dishwasher heating tube
Dishwasher heating tubes can be produced in various models and shapes according to user designed product drawings and technical requirements. The component materials can be made according to user requirements, including stainless steel, nickel based alloys, copper, aluminum, carbon steel, titanium, and other electric heating elements. And promise product quality and meet user needs.
2、 Dishwasher heating tube parameters
★ Insulation material: Magnesium oxide.
★ Pipe materials: seamless stainless steel pipe, welded pipe, copper pipe, brass pipe, carbon steel pipe.
★ The voltage can be designed as 12-440V; the power is 50W-20KW
★ Common pipe diameters: Φ 22, Φ 20, Φ 18, Φ 16, Φ 14, Φ 12, Φ 10, Φ 8.5, Φ 8, Φ 6.5, Φ 6
★ Materials include: 10 # iron, T4 copper, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, Ti titanium, etc.
Surface treatment: various nickel plating, passivation, blackening, spraying.
3、 Calculation method for power of dishwasher heating tube
The design calculation of dishwasher heating tube is generally carried out in the following three steps:
★ Calculate the power required to heat from the initial temperature to the set temperature within the specified time
Calculate the actual power required to maintain the temperature of the medium while keeping it constant
Select the model and quantity of the heater based on the above two calculation results. Take the maximum value of the above two types of power for the total power and consider a coefficient of 1.2.
4、 Performance of dishwasher heating tube
The dishwasher heating tube is made by placing an electric heating element in a metal tube and tightly filling the gap with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good heat resistance, thermal conductivity, and insulation properties, and then processing it through other processes. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and long service life. Widely applicable to various devices such as saltpeter tanks, water tanks, oil tanks, acid alkali tanks, melting furnaces for easily melted metals, air heating furnaces, drying furnaces, drying ovens, hot pressing molds, etc.
