Underground working condition design:
For buried valves, the direct buried (buried) fully welded ball valve is equipped with valve extension rods, maintenance extension pipes (exhaust pipes on both sides of the channel+grease injection pipes on both sides of the valve seat+drain pipes at the bottom of the valve body), and control valves, so that the valve operation position is above the ground for easy operation. The valve surface is protected by corrosion-resistant asphalt coating or epoxy resin protection, on-site pipeline bridging, and cathodic protection measures to adapt to underground use environments.
Simplified body assembly welding form:
Three bodies are welded together through two symmetrical longitudinal welds, or two bodies are welded together through one longitudinal weld.
installation
Direct buried fully welded ball valves should avoid overheating of the valve chamber during production and installation. The distance between the welding ends should not be too short to ensure that the heat generated during the welding process does not damage the sealing material. During the installation process, all valves should be opened
