Two identical vibration motors fixed on the sieve box rotate in opposite directions in self synchronization. The eccentric block carried by the vibration motor generates a centrifugal force component at each instantaneous position during rotation, which moves in the throwing directionRepetitive motion causes the entire screen body supported on the vibration damping device to undergo periodic reciprocating vibration in the direction of the excitation force. The material moves in a parabolic motion along a straight line on the screen surface. After falling into the screen from the feeding end, the material quickly advances and loosens through the screen, completing the screening operation to match the screen reasonablyPurpose of screening.

The direct screening uses a vibration motor to utilize the phase angle of two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of its shaft, as well as the intersection angle between the two motors, to transform the rotational motion of the vibration motor into multiple overlapping forces of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal effects. These forces are then transmitted to the screening surface to achieve the purpose of screening.
