This testing machine is mainly used for torsion testing of materials, with manual loading, high-precision torque sensor for torque detection, photoelectric encoder for angle detection, and digital display for detection results. This torsion testing machine has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, and low price. It is mainly suitable for testing the torsional performance of materials in mechanical laboratories of relevant scientific research departments, various colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises.
It mainly has the following functions:
1. Automatic detection: Shake the handwheel until the test bar breaks, and the testing machine will automatically detect the yield torque Fv, maximum torque Fmax, yield angle SV, and maximum angle Smax of the material. After the automatic detection test is completed, you can choose to query or print the results of the current test;
2. Manual detection: It can display the test angle and torque in real time. Peak detection can also be selected, and the testing machine can automatically record the maximum torque of the sample before fracture;
3. After the experiment is completed, you can choose to query or print the results of the current experiment;
4. It can display the current year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.
