4JJ-4Maintenance and Precautions

1、 Six precision components of the mixing shaft system should not be horizontally pulled or bumped during operation to avoid deformation. When pulling up or pressing down the mixing shaft, it should be stopped from rotating or carried out at low speed, and excessive force should not be applied.

2、 When the machine leaves the factory, the axial alignment of the six mixing shafts is not greater than0.2Millimeters. During use, if the mixing effect of the six shafts is uneven, it is allowed to adjust the two end faces of the mixing plate appropriately.

The power supply voltage should be stable, and units with high requirements for speed stability should be equipped with a regulated power supply.
