Working principle of HH-Y2:

The PT100 sensor converts the temperature inside the tank into a resistance value, and after amplification and comparison by an integrated amplifier, outputs a control signal to effectively control the average heating power of the electric heating tube, keeping the oil inside the tank at a constant temperature. This series of products has the dual function of water and oil, which can be used as both a water bath and an oil bath, with high cost-effectiveness.

HH-Y2 usage instructions:
Before installing the equipment, the oil bath pot should be placed on a flat workbench for visual inspection: the appearance should be undamaged, the instrument appearance should be intact, the wire edge should be good, the plug should be intact, and the power switch should be flexible. The power cord of each device is connected to a single-phase three plug, and the electricity above the plug is grounded. Users must use a single-phase three power socket, and the grounding of the power socket should have a reliable ground wire.

Before powering on, inject oil into the tank of the oil bath pot. After filling, there should be no oil leakage, and the liquid level should be kept at a distance of 2-4cm from the upper opening to prevent water from overflowing into the electrical box and damaging the components.

HH-Y2 Precautions:
1. All technical indicators of this series of products have been tested through actual operation before leaving the factory. If there is a difference between the displayed values of the temperature controller and the thermometer, users can make slight adjustments to the internal parameters of the temperature controller to meet the process requirements.
2. When using an oil bath pot, it is necessary to add water first and then turn on the electricity. Dry burning is strictly prohibited.
3. When using oil bath pots, reliable grounding is necessary for safe use.
4. If the oil level is lower than the electric heating tube, it is not allowed to use it with electricity to prevent the electric heating tube from bursting and being damaged.
5. The oil level should not be too high to avoid overflowing into the electrical box and damaging components.
6. Regularly check whether the screws of each contact are loose, and if they are loose, tighten them to maintain good contact of each electrical contact.
