Introduction:

In order to cooperate with production enterprises to improve calibration efficiency, our company has developed and produced a digital display system for piston pressure gauges based on piston pressure gauges. This product can greatly increase the calibration efficiency of production enterprises.

The digital companion is available in both integrated and split types, and it is recommended to use a split type for high-precision pistons to minimize the impact of electromagnetic interference on piston accuracy. The split type adopts a 7-inch touch screen for easy data recording, and the embedded type has a built-in 4.3-inch touch screen.

This display system must be used in conjunction with a piston pressure gauge, and the sensor is built into the piston pressure gauge. During batch calibration, it can be quickly calibrated without relying on weights.

Technical parameters:

1. Pressure accuracy: 0.05%, 0.02%, with built-in calibration function, can calibrate the pressure module with a piston.

2. Piston displacement display, dynamic display bar, with calibration function, customers can calibrate themselves.

3. Current acquisition function: 0-30mAh 0.02 level, with adjustable feeding (0-24V adjustable split type).

4. Calculation function: Input the standard range to calculate the standard current and current error.

5. Environmental display function: displays temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, and can correct the accuracy of the piston system.

6. Recording function: It can record the current tested meter number, pressure standard current, measured current and error, export data, store 60000 data, and export Excel spreadsheet through USB interface. This table can be used as the original record of the pressure transmitter manufacturer for long-term storage and to improve efficiency.

7. Output function: Output pressure reference signal (actively sent in accordance with MODBUS-RTU convention).
