Digital Display Fine Ceramic (Static) Elastic Modulus Meter (Bending Method)
This instrument uses static method to measure the elastic modulus of engineering ceramics, functional ceramics, non-metallic materials, graphite mater
Product details

GTM digital display fine ceramic (static) elastic modulus meter (bending method)There are two options for strain measurement or displacement measurement:

1: Strain measurement: When measuring the strain of the specimen, the length of the strain gauge shall not exceed 1 mm at three-point bending and 5 mm at four point bending. Strain gauges are attached to the center of the specimen span to record the changes in load and strain during the loading process.

2: Displacement measurement: When measuring bending deflection or loading point displacement, a deflection correction test should be conducted to ensure that the measured deflection does not include systematic contact deformation (especially for cases where the thickness to span ratio is greater than 0.06). Make high stiffness correction specimens (such as tungsten carbide, E=600 GPa) using materials with elastic modulus not lower than the tested sample. Adjust the length and width of the specimen to match the specimen *, and the thickness should not be less than 5 times that of the specimen. Alternatively, a corrected sample with the same span, width, and thickness cube multiplied by 100 times the original sample can be used. Assuming that the bending deflection of the modified specimen is approximately zero within the same load range as the specimen, the measured bending deflection of the modified specimen is actually contact deformation, which is used as the correction value for the deflection of the tested specimen.

GTM digital display fine ceramic (static) elastic modulus meter (bending method) main technical parameters:

Sample preparation: Cut from the tested product or make it using the same process as the tested product, with a minimum of 5 samples per group. According to the provisions of GB/T 1182, the parallelism of the relative surfaces of the specimen shall not exceed 0.02 mm, and the perpendicularity of adjacent surfaces shall not exceed 0 According to GB/T 1031, the surface roughness Rz of the upper and lower surfaces of the 02 mm specimen shall not exceed 1.60 μ m

1. Measure the width and thickness of the middle of the sample, 0.01 mm

2. Measure the span, 0.01 mm. Place the sample in the center of the support so that it is perpendicular to the axis of the support roller.

3. Load 70% of the bending strength measured according to the GB/T 6569 method as the upper limit of the load, and load at a displacement rate of less than or equal to 0.1 mm/min within the linear range of the stress-strain curve. Record the initial load, final load, and corresponding deflection values for each load. The load increment should be within the linear elastic range of the material.

4. The test load can be selected from 0-5KN, 0-10KN, 0-20KN, 0-50KN, etc;

5. Measurement accuracy: relative error<± 0.15%;

6. Deformation measurement range: ± 5mm

7. Deformation measurement accuracy: relative error<± 0.5%;

8. Load deformation rate: 0-1mm/min can be adjusted arbitrarily

9. Test temperature: GTM-1 type is in a normal temperature environment; The GTM-2 model is also suitable for normal temperature -1000 degrees Celsius, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃;

10. Computer interfaces can be provided according to user requirements. Test stress-strain curve with computer
