Product details
Digital vernier caliper is a length measuring tool that displays measurement readings in numbers. It is an instrument for measuring length and inner and outer diameters. The digital vernier caliper adopts measurement systems such as grating and capacitance grating. The commonly used resolution for digital vernier calipers is 0.01mm, with an allowable error of ± 0.03mm/150mm. There are also high-precision digital calipers with a resolution of 0.005mm, with an allowable error of ±
0.015mm/150mm. There is also a multi-purpose digital micrometer with a resolution of 0.001mm and an allowable error of ±
0005mm/50mm. The digital vernier caliper has intuitive and clear readings, and high measurement efficiency.
Main technical indicators
Measurement range, division value, measurement depth range, remarks
0-150 0.01 0-150 dial; pointer
0-150 0.01 0-150 digital display; Convertible to Imperial System
Performance characteristics
It has four functions: measuring inner diameter, outer diameter, depth, and steps
Using stainless steel or high-quality carbon steel materials
Matte chrome plated engraved surface, laser engraved line or black chrome plated photographic engraved line
Instructions for use
Before use, loosen the fastening screws on the ruler frame, smoothly pull the ruler frame apart, and wipe the measuring surface and guide surface clean with a cloth
Check the 'zero' position: Gently push the ruler frame to merge the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the caliper, and observe that the 'zero' mark on the vernier corresponds to the 'zero' mark on the ruler body
The tail marking of the cursor should be aligned with the corresponding marking on the ruler body Otherwise, it should be sent to the metrology room or relevant departments for adjustment
When measuring the outer diameter size, the two outer measuring surfaces should be in contact with the surface being measured
When measuring the size of the inner hole, the measuring claw should measure in the diameter direction of the hole
When measuring depth dimensions, the depth gauge rod should be perpendicular to the bottom surface of the measured workpiece
Precautions
Do not use calipers as calipers or screwdrivers, or use the tip of measuring claws as marking tools, compasses, etc
When moving the ruler frame and micro motion device, loosen the fastening screws
After using the caliper with a depth gauge, the measuring claws should be merged. Otherwise, thinner depth gauges exposed on the outside are prone to deformation or even breakage.
Do not place the caliper on magnetic objects The caliper is found to have magnetism and should be demagnetized promptly before use
