The diamond shaped flat bag dust collector adopts a pulse back blowing external filter type, with diamond shaped filter bags, which have the characteristics of fewer filter bags, larger filtration area, smaller footprint, and compact structure.
External filtration form
The diamond shaped flat bag dust collector adopts an external filter form. The filter bag is diamond shaped, sewn into multiple channels along the vertical direction of the flat and elongated filter bag, and supported by a fork shaped frame, forming connected diamond shaped cross sections. Each filter bag has a filtration area of 11 square meters, which is much larger than other shapes of filter bags and can fully utilize the space in the box. The filter bag is fixed on the flower board with the help of sealing strips and pressure plates.Backblowing method
The dust removal of the filter bag adopts the back blowing method of the fan. The dust cleaning device consists of a pulsating blowback valve, an electromagnetic three-way valve, a blowback blower, and a blowback box. When cleaning the dust, the reverse airflow enters the filter bag from the bag mouth downwards and vibrates the filter bag through the action of the pulsating blowing valve. When the dust collector operates under high temperature conditions, the inlet of the reverse blower is usually connected to the outlet pipeline of the main blower to achieve hot air reverse blowing and prevent condensation.The filter bag cleaning is carried out chamber by chamber, so the dust collector is designed with a chamber structure.
This product has two types: LBL and LPL. Among them, the former is explosion-proof, equipped with an explosion-proof valve, uses anti-static filter material, has a blowing pipe inside the box, and adopts measures such as electrostatic grounding.
