Product Overview of Dehydration Sieve:
Dehydration vibrating screen is a specialized equipment for coal slurry dewatering operations, widely used in coal slurry recovery, pressure filtration for coarse separation, filtration for coarse separation, dewatering and recovery of other extremely fine materials, and other process conditions. The dehydration screen (dehydration vibrating screen) adopts dual motor self synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of a screening box, exciter, support system, and motor. By using adhesive tape to drive two unrelated vibrators to operate synchronously and in reverse, the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric masses along the vibration direction is superimposed, and the reverse centrifugal force cancels out, thus forming a single excitation vibration along the vibration direction, causing the sieve box to move back and forth in a straight line.
There are a total of sixteen specifications in the entire series, which can be used by industrial sectors such as coal selection, mineral processing, power, sugar production, and salt production to perform dry wet classification, dehydration, media removal, and sludge removal on medium and fine-grained materials. The screening machine has a large processing capacity and high screening efficiency.
Dehydration Screen (Dehydration Vibration Screen) Product Features:
1. The screening machine is installed horizontally as a whole, but the screen mesh is installed at a negative angle to ensure the forced dehydration effect;
2. The screen mesh can be selected from stainless steel composite screen mesh, with tension installation, or stainless steel welded seam screen mesh mesh, with compression installation, to meet different needs;
3. The vibration frequency can be adjusted at any time through a frequency converter to achieve the best dehydration effect;
4. Adopting a self synchronous liquid lubrication vibrator for vibration, the screen frame is made of special noise reducing materials and connected with high-strength bolts to ensure reliable operation and reduced working noise of the screen machine. The overall working noise of the machine is 85dB (A), which is about 15dB lower than similar vibrating screens;
5. Set up arc-shaped screening surfaces in the feeding section to improve dewatering efficiency;
6. Set up a feeding box to ensure that materials are evenly fed into the screening surface;
7. Equipped with an integral chassis for easy handling and installation;
8. Relying on the upper filter layer to intercept fine particles and accumulate dehydration.

Instructions for Dehydration Vibration Screening (ZSM)
1. The screening machine is divided into single-layer and double-layer, and there are single motor gear dragging and dual motor self synchronous dragging. Single motor towing can be divided into left mounted and right mounted.
2. The screen structure includes slotted screens and perforated screen plates. If woven screens and rubber screen plates are selected, they can be designed according to requirements.
3. To meet the requirements of screening efficiency, if necessary, the screening surface can be installed at an angle of 2-10 to the horizontal plane.
4. Except for ZSM185 vibrating screen bolts with two specifications of M20 and M16, all other screen machine foundation bolts are M20 and are provided by the user.
Selection Guidelines (DSM)
1. The screening machine is divided into single-layer and double-layer, both of which are single motor gear dragging.
2. The screen structure includes slotted screens and perforated screen plates. If woven screens and rubber screen plates are selected, they can be designed according to requirements.
3. Foundation bolts: The suspension device foundation bolt is M24, and the motor foundation bolt is M16, both of which are provided by the user.
