The deep ultraviolet DUV series lasers can provide laser wavelengths of 224.3nm and 248.6nm. The size, weight, and power consumption of the laser are the same as those of the HeNe laser, except that the output is in deep ultraviolet. The independent, integrated laser controller is controlled remotely by a computer, making it easier to operate and freely collect data through LabView software. The input power is less than 10 W, which solves some problems that require cooling. The laser takes less than 20 microseconds from cold start to full power, and does not require preheating or temperature adjustment in any environment temperature from -200 to 100 ℃. The output exceeds 100 milliwatts and the linewidth is less than 3GHz or 0.0005 nm, which makes the laser widely applicable.
