1、 Product specifications and technical parameters

Product features: The vacuum box consists of four parts: the box body, the inner container, the vacuum pumping system, and the temperature control system.

The box is made of thin plate, with a surface treated with spray coating and bright colors. The inner liner is made of generally galvanized steel plate or stainless steel plate. The shape of the inner cavity is a square with a semi-circular interior angle. Fill the inner and outer boxes with ultra-fine glass wool as insulation material; The middle of the box door adopts a double-layer glass structure, which is convenient for observing the dried items inside the box; A thick tempered glass is installed on the inside of the box door, and a long cylindrical door buckle is used. By adjusting the distance between the door buckle and the tempered glass, the box door can tightly press the rubber seal ring after closing to ensure that there is no air leakage during vacuum pumping. (Note: Rubber sealing rings are not oil resistant!) The vacuum pumping system consists of a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge, a vacuum valve, a release valve, etc. According to the user's needs, additional drying filter tanks (devices) or intake valves can be added, and vacuum pumps of other models of vacuum boxes are optional accessories.
