The entire sample making process is fully automated, including injecting the molten sample into the molding mold.

The crucible and mold are heated by a completely independent heating system, using platinum rhodium thermocouples for temperature measurement, and directly contacting the crucible and mold to achieve accurate and precise measurement and control of the melting temperature in the crucible and mold.
