3. Installation and adjustment of DXZ multifunctional travel limiter

The memory cam and micro switch corresponding to the adjustment axis of the DXZ multifunctional travel limiter are:

a、 Remove the upper cover, check and tighten the 2-M3 × 55 screws.

b、 Loosen the M5 nut.

c、 As needed, turn the controlled mechanism to the designated position (empty load), and the corresponding micro switch that controls the action of the mechanism should switch instantly.

Namely: Adjust the corresponding adjustment axis (Z) to press down the micro switch (WK) contact of the memory cam (T).

d、 Tighten the M5 nut. The nut must be tightened, otherwise it will cause memory disorder.

e、 The institution should repeatedly run without load several times to verify the accuracy of the memory location. (Repeat the above adjustments if there are errors).

f、 Confirm that the location meets the requirements; Tighten the M5 nut and install the cover.

g、 After the institution operates normally, it should regularly check whether the memory control position has changed in order to make timely corrections.
