Appendix

3.3Main time period and rate setting

1. Set corresponding electricity prices for peak, off peak, off peak, and off peak rates according to the prescribed electricity pricing policy.

Period 2: Peak period from 08:00 to 11:30

Period 3: 11:30 to 18:30 Flat

Time slot 4: Peak period from 18:30 to 23:00

Time slot 5: Valley section from 23:00 to 07:00

The minimum interval between time periods is 5 minutes, and time periods can cross zero.

Unable to provide emergency credit, therefore the daily time slot number does not work.

3.7Setting of sub time periods

Divide the internal rates of the meter into two sets, one as the main rate (operating rate) and the other as the secondary rate (standby rate). The primary and secondary rates can be switched between each other (following the setting command). If the superior notifies that the rates and time periods need to be adjusted, the staff can set them several days in advance and ensure that all the meters set are converted on the same day and at the same time. This not only provides sufficient working time (lead time), but also ensures that policies are implemented at the same time (reducing the difficulty of electricity calculation software)

A、 The sub time period setting is similar to the main time period setting, please refer to the main time period section.

B、 Time period start and end date setting: The identification code (8119) can be set in four situations:

i. Starting from 04.10.01, execute the sub period: 8119=000000 041001

Ii. From the current date until 04.10.01: 8119=041001 000000

Iii. Execution from 04.06.01 to 04.10.01: 8119=041001 040601

Iv. Stop sub period: 8119=000000 000000

The start and end dates of the sub period are set in the 811F load control package and transmitted to the user's electricity meter.

4、 Accident handling:

(1) When an unexpected malfunction occurs in an already opened electricity meter, or when the meter is damaged by human operation (the meter cannot operate), open the meter and save the E data stored in the already opened meter2If the PROM display board is unplugged and replaced with a new meter, the new meter can replace the original meter and all data will be the same as the fault meter. (The nameplate of the electric meter also needs to be replaced with a new one)

(2) When the allowed load and remaining power exceed the pre-set values, and the available power of the meter is zero, the meter will output an alarm or trip signal.

Attention: When both alarm and trip are selected, trip takes priority over alarm.

(3) When the remaining power of the meter is 0 and the external power supply circuit cannot be disconnected due to emergency credit or other reasons, the meter will start calculating the overdrawn power and automatically deduct the overdrawn power when the next power card is inserted.

Appendix 2 Explanation of User Precautions

1. One table, one card:

The IC card held by the user cannot be exchanged. In case of loss, a replacement card should be purchased from the power supply department (sales office).

2. Preparation for purchasing electricity:

Before purchasing electricity, users must insert their IC card into the electricity meter once to facilitate the return of data from the meter to the computer database.

3. When purchasing electricity, please declare the amount of electricity to be purchased and the alarm reminder amount.

4. Electricity card usage: Insert the purchase card into the electricity meter. If it is a valid purchase card, the electricity meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The LCD display screen will show the following electricity purchase information in sequence: 8100 total purchased electricity, 8101 remaining electricity, 8102 overdrawn electricity, 8103 purchased electricity, 8104 meter times, 8105 alarm electricity, 8106 storage limit, 8107 credit limit, 8108 limited capacity power, 8109 purchased electricity date, etc. Please store the unplugged card properly.

5. Operation display: During the operation of the electricity meter, it alternately displays the total average electricity, peak and valley electricity, remaining electricity, and operation period in the meter.

6. Overcapacity alarm: During the operation of the electricity meter, if the "alarm" LED indicator flashes rapidly, it warns the user that the electricity has been exceeded. If the meter is set to the over capacity power-off limit mode, after 30 seconds of over capacity power consumption, it will be tripped for 3 minutes and the countdown display (180 seconds) will show the time to restore power supply; The user's card insertion response can immediately restore power supply.

7. Accumulation limit: If the purchased electricity+remaining electricity>accumulation limit (e.g. 9999kWh), the purchased electricity will not be read in, and the display will show a prompt of "8106 NNNNNN", indicating that the electricity in the card is still valid.

8. Warning reminder: When the remaining battery level in the meter is less than twice the "alarm battery level", the "alarm" LED indicator will flash (with an interval of 1 second) to remind the user to purchase electricity. At this time, if the user responds by inserting a card, the "alarm indicator" will flash at an interval of 2 seconds to avoid power outage warnings.

9. Power outage warning: If the user does not respond by inserting the card during the warning reminder, when the remaining power is the alarm power agreed upon by the user (or 10% of the purchased power), the electricity meter will be tripped and a power outage warning will be issued. At this time, inserting the IC card into the electricity meter once will restore power supply. If the IC card of this meter cannot be found after pulling the switch, you can borrow a neighbor's IC card to insert it and restore power supply.

10. Power purchase reminder: When the remaining power in the meter is less than the "alarm power", the "alarm" LED indicator will remain on as a constant reminder.

11. Fault declaration: When the remaining power is displayed as zero or negative, the "alarm" LED indicates. If the meter continues to operate (except for emergency credit), the user should immediately purchase electricity and proactively report the situation to the power supply department.

12. Emergency credit can be granted during non working hours, weekends, and public holidays. When the battery level is zero and the business outlet cannot purchase electricity without going to work, a power purchase card can be inserted to activate emergency credit. Emergency credit for electricity cannot exceed the 'credit limit'.

13. When emergency credit is due, the electricity load is limited, and users should purchase electricity as soon as possible to avoid affecting their daily lives.
