Product Introduction
The microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine is composed of a loading system, a transmission system, a computer measurement control display system, etc., and is suitable for testing the torsional performance of various materials. The machine adopts a horizontal structure. Computer screen display,D800A dual channel digital data acquisition card and a fully digital AC servo system form a closed-loop control. The planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer is used for transmission, which has the characteristics of uniform loading, stability, no impact phenomenon, and accurate data acquisition and control.
The whole machine utilizes a fully digital AC servo control system and a computer data acquisition and processing system. The photoelectric encoder collects the twisting angle and number of twists of the sample, and can set the twisting angle of the sample to detect the torque, or set the torque of the specimen to detect its twisting angle. Can print test data and torqueT- Twist angle θ curve, etc.
