The frame is welded from channel steel and the surface is treated with zinc spray for rust prevention. The hopper and outer panel are welded from stainless steel plates, polished internally, with no hygiene dead corners, and easy to clean. The discharge part is the main component of this machine, and the size and effect of the meat particles are directly related to this part. The lifespan of the whole machine is also greatly affected by this. The function of the feeding part is to feed the material into the discharge screw sleeve and also to crush large pieces of material. The scraper part is the material crushing part of this machine, which can directly slice 25kg standard meat pieces at -18 ℃ into 5mm or 15mm pieces without buffering.
