The DHW8630 horizontal machining center is a T-shaped structure horizontal machining center equipped with CNC equally divided workbenches. It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as boxes, shells, molds, etc., and complete various processing procedures such as wok, drilling, milling, expansion, hinge, tapping, etc.



The machine tool is a cross slide table mobile structure, mainly composed of a rotary worktable, bed body, saddle, column, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling and filtering system, chip removal device, rotary operation panel, and electronic control system. bed

(X-axis):

Choose high-strength cast iron and resin sand molding. Strengthening ribs are arranged inside the bed to make the bed structure thick and heavy. The guide rail adopts a 45 heavy-duty roller guide rail support structure, and high load-bearing sliders are densely distributed on each roller linear guide rail, thereby enabling the machine tool to achieve high rigidity and long-term stable accuracy.

The transmission system adopts an AC servo motor, which directly drives the heavy-duty ball screw to rotate, achieving linear reciprocating motion of the X-axis. It can also be equipped with a grating ruler for closed-loop detection.

(Y-axis):

The Z-axis servo system uses AC servo motors to directly drive the heavy-duty ball screw to rotate, achieving high-precision reciprocating motion of the Z-axis. The screw support adopts a fixed pre tension structure at both ends. Optional grating ruler closed-loop detection.

Alloy steel, carburizing and quenching, imported spindle special group bearings are selected for spindle bearing components, which can be matched with spindle constant temperature cooling system.

Hydraulic system:

The functions of the hydraulic system include hydraulic balance of the slide pillow, automatic loosening of the spindle clamping tool, and rotary worktable. The reliability of the entire machine's movement and the convenience of maintenance and upkeep.
