Inspection and installation conditions:
1. Customers can go to the supplier's factory for machine acceptance (the cost is borne by the purchaser).
2. Check the operation status of the machine according to the supplier's standard testing procedures or other procedures agreed upon by both parties.
3. For machine accuracy acceptance, our company provides a factory accuracy certificate or a machine sampling method agreed upon by both parties.
4. Temperature
To maintain the machining accuracy of the machine tool within the standard range, the working environment temperature should be ensured to be between 17 ℃ and 25 ℃, and the temperature change should be kept within ± 2 ℃ for 24 hours a day. If the precision of the processed part is lower than the factory precision of the machine tool, the ambient temperature range can be relaxed to 10 ℃~38 ℃.

7. Installation site conditions
1. The equipment installation site should be kept away from direct sunlight, vibration sources, and heat sources, as well as high-frequency generators, welding machines, etc., to avoid machine tool production failures or loss of machine tool accuracy
2. The customer is responsible for preparing a qualified environment, lifting equipment and power supply, electrical source, cutting fluid, and mechanical specifications in advance

8. Gas source requirements

To ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air source does not meet the requirements of the air source, a set of air source purification devices (dehumidification, oil removal, filtration) should be added before the machine tool intake

11. Grounding
Good grounding is required, and it is recommended that each machine tool be grounded separately. The grounding wire should be a copper wire with a diameter of not less than 10 mm2 and a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms
Acceptance criteria and methods:
1. Acceptance criteria
Machine tool acceptance is divided into pre acceptance and final acceptance, with pre acceptance conducted by the seller and final acceptance conducted by the buyer. General machine tools do not undergo pre acceptance, only final acceptance. The pre acceptance of machine tools includes the inspection of geometric accuracy and the acceptance of special configuration requirements. The geometric accuracy is inspected according to the "Certificate of Conformity" items of the machine tool, and if it meets the tolerance value, it is considered to be qualified for pre acceptance; The final acceptance of general machine tools shall be carried out according to the geometric accuracy items in the "Certificate of Conformity" of the machine tool, and the items of general gauges shall be selected for inspection. If the tolerance value is met, the final acceptance shall be deemed qualified; For the pre acceptance and final acceptance of machine tools with special configurations, both parties shall sign a separate "Acceptance Agreement". When the machine tool is accepted, it is considered qualified if it meets the requirements of the "Acceptance Agreement".
2. Remarks:
2.1. If the machine tool cannot be installed and debugged due to the buyer's reasons within 30 days of arrival at the buyer's factory, it shall be deemed that the machine tool has passed the acceptance inspection;
2.2. The precision indicators of the machine tool shall be inspected according to the precision table. If the buyer has objections to the test results, the buyer may prepare testing equipment and designate a nationally certified testing party for retesting. If the test results match the accuracy table in the technical agreement, the costs incurred during the testing period shall be borne by the buyer. Before inspection, the buyer must seal and store the machine tool. If the buyer starts up and uses it, it will be considered as qualified for acceptance.
2.3. Maintaining a uniform ambient temperature is a basic requirement for processing. According to GB/T17421.3-2009 (ISO 1:2002), all linear measurements should be taken at room temperature of 20 ℃, and measurements should be taken when the measuring instrument and the object being measured (such as a machine tool) reach thermal equilibrium with the surrounding environment.
