◆ Casting: The entire machine is made of resin sand casting, which has undergone tempering and vibration natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. Ensure the long-term stable operation of mechanical components.
Reasonable structural design: Add reinforcing ribs to the load-bearing parts of the machine tool, increase the size of the base, and increase the weight of the entire machine to make it more stable, impact resistant, and shake resistant. ◆ Ball screw: The three-axis adopts ball/column screw, which has undergone hardness heat treatment and grinding to ensure optimal feed accuracy and micro feed. Pre stretching treatment is performed during installation to reduce thermal deformation of the screw and significantly improve positioning accuracy.
Lubrication system: All moving parts have a complete centralized lubrication system, which can achieve timed and quantitative automatic lubrication. Reduce the wear of moving parts to a maximum extent.
◆ Three axis anti-collision protection: Both ends of the three-axis screw are equipped with anti-collision rubber, which can also provide maximum protection for the body in case of accidents.
