I. Overview

The DF760 air hood is used to measure ventilation and exhaust in HVAC systems. The instrument consists of a measuring instrument, a nylon hood, a handle, and a base. The support rod material used for the air hood is fiberglass, providing strong support for the hood. The rectangular measurement of the air volume hood is installed on the base of the air volume hood, and accurate measurements are taken through 16 measuring points covering the upper and lower sections of the air volume hood base. The air volume hood is measured using a differential pressure sensor and can also be used to correct atmospheric pressure.
The function selection of the instrument can be achieved through four buttons, and more function options can be selected through the menu, such as selecting measurement units, correction factors, etc. The measurement results of air volume and temperature are displayed on the dot matrix LCD screen. The instrument can be connected to a personal computer through a USB cable, and specialized software can be run to export measurement data for report organization and printing.
The instrument is powered by four replaceable AA type batteries, with a lightweight structure and a unique handle design that allows you to operate the instrument with one hand. The LCD display screen has an adjustable tilt mechanism, which facilitates users to read from a wide angle and is easy to use.
