1、 Introduction:

This instrument is an ideal tool for laboratory and laboratory backup in various colleges and universities, environmental protection, scientific research, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, E-therapy and other units, greatly improving the work efficiency of laboratory personnel.

2、 Characteristics:

a. This machine adopts a collection heating method, where the stirred solution is placed in a collection pot. The heating speed is fast, and the solution temperature is uniform and stable, greatly improving the stirring efficiency.

b. This machine adopts a permanent magnet DC motor, which can operate continuously for more than 10000 hours without load, with low noise, stable speed, strong continuous working ability, and high temperature resistance;

c. The Y-type magnetic steel with strong magnetic force ensures sufficient stirring torque, and there will be no demagnetization of the magnetic steel when heated to 300 degrees Celsius

This machine adopts cold-rolled plate impact welding forming, and the outer surface is enhanced with high-temperature spray coating to improve anti-corrosion performance. The instrument has good performance, no noise, no vibration, and significant mixing effect.

4、 Usage:

Before using this instrument, please first check if the random accessories are complete. Place the beaker that needs to be stirred in the collector, place the stirrer and stainless steel temperature probe in the beaker, and then plug in the power plug of the instrument;

2. Connect the power and turn on the power switch. The indicator light will turn on to start working.

When heating (constant temperature) mixing is required, select the desired temperature according to the instructions of the temperature controller. The speed can be adjusted from slow to fast (fast start is not allowed to prevent the mixer from jumping), and the power should be cut off when not working.

4. To ensure the integrity of A, please connect the grounding wire during use. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and it is strictly prohibited for the solution to enter the machine to avoid damaging the components.

5、 Precautions for DF-1 heat collecting magnetic stirrer:

1. If the stirrer jumps or does not stir during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the beaker is flat and in the correct position. At the same time, please measure if the current voltage is between 220V ± 10V, otherwise the above situation will occur.

2. The heating time should generally not be too long, and intermittent use can prolong the service life.

3. Medium speed operation can work continuously for 8 hours, while high-speed operation can work continuously for 4 hours.

4. The whole machine is equipped with a set of fixture supports, one four F mixer, and one power cord (plug).
