The working principle of the JP series reel irrigation machine is to place the main unit on one side of the irrigation plot; Use traction to pull out the water supply pipe wrapped around the host and the nozzle truck connected to the water supply pipe to the other end of the plot; Connect to the water source and reach a certain working water pressure. The sprinkler truck starts spraying water onto the farmland through a spray gun or cantilever; At the same time, the host utilizes the mechanical kinetic energy generated by the water pressure through the operation of the water turbine, gearbox, and transmission system to start rotating the reel.
3. The rotation of the reel drives the water supply pipe to roll back from one end of the plot towards the direction of the main engine. This creates a situation where the reel rotates while the sprinkler truck travels back evenly at the set speed, spraying water as it moves until the entire plot is irrigated. When the sprinkler truck reaches the main unit position, the main unit can lift and fix it to the main unit. At this point, the entire irrigation process is complete, the water source is cut off, and the equipment can enter the next plot for another irrigation.
