The DDL-300 drilling rig is a new type of through top driven power head crawler drilling rig produced by our factory.
This drilling rig is mainly used for diamond drilling and hard alloy drilling in solid mineral deposits. It can also be used for engineering geological exploration drilling and pile hole drilling.
Widely used in geological exploration, engineering exploration, anchoring protection, rotary jet grouting, pipe shed support and other construction operations.

1. The power head is a through type top drive, driven by two high-speed hydraulic motors in combination. Large output torque and wide speed range. Can meet the requirements of different drilling methods.

2. The lifting system adopts a hydraulic cylinder chain doubling mechanism to increase the stroke length. Change to construction work.
|
|
|
3. The main tower guide rail adopts a V-shaped structure, and the connection between the power head and the main tower has high rigidity, ensuring smooth high-speed rotation.

4. Equipped with grippers and disconnectors, with high automation and easy operation.
|
|
|
5. The winch is driven by hydraulic pressure, ensuring smooth lifting and reliable braking.

6. The main transmission is driven by a variable displacement pump, which has a high power utilization rate.

9. The hydraulic transmission of the drilling rig adopts pilot proportional valve control and electrical control with high degree of automation.

II Applicable construction methods:
|
|
|
When drilling in thick fractured layers and accumulations, the rear power head is connected to an internal drilling tool, and the end is connected to a down the hole hammer to achieve impact rotary drilling. The front power head drives the casing to rotate for wall protection. In complex formations (fractured layers and accumulations), rapid drilling and grouting can be achieved.

When constructing in loose cover layers, quicksand layers, and silt layers, the internal drilling tool is a regular rotary drilling tool or a long spiral drilling tool, and the front power head drives the casing to rotate for wall protection.
|
|
|
When drilling in relatively complete formations, a separate power head can be used for conventional rotary drilling and impact rotary drilling.
