The DAGE4000 welding strength tester is multifunctional and capable of performing all tensile and shear force applications. The 4000 welding strength tester can be configured as a simple wire tension tester or upgraded for tin ball shear force, grain shear force, bump tension, vector tension, or tweezers tension testing.
The DAGE4000 multifunctional welding strength tester uses patented frictionless load clamp and air bearing technology to ensure maximum accuracy, repeatability, and renewability. The testing modules for different applications can be easily replaced. Many functions are automated, along with advanced electronic and software controls.

3. 4000HS
The Nordson DAGE 4000HS welding strength tester is based on the industry standard Nordson DAGE 4000 multifunctional welding strength tester platform.
The 4000HS welding strength tester has significant differences in shear and tensile operation modes, with shear speed * up to 4m/s and tensile speed * up to 1.3m/s.
The 4000HS welding strength tester also provides superior analysis options, especially the force displacement chart and energy measurement beyond conventional peak force measurement.
4. 4000W
The Nordson DAGE 4000W system enables the integration of industry standard 4000 multifunctional welding strength testers with industry standard wafer processing systems.
This wafer processing system can automatically load wafers from the wafer box for bump testing (shear or tensile), and then unload wafers that are six or eight feet in length.
