Product details
The Dage4000 chip push-pull and shear force tester has multiple functions and can perform push-pull and shear force testing operations during application operations. The DAGE welding strength tester and DAGE X-ray product series can be used for destructive and non-destructive mechanical testing, as well as electronic component inspection.
DAGE4000Series test types and corresponding standards:
Cold/hot welding bump tensile force JEITA EIAJ ET-7407
BGA bump cutting - JEDEC JESD22-B117A
Cold welding bump tensile force - JEEDEC JESD22-B115
Golden Ball Cutting - JEEDEC JESD22-B116
Ball Welding Shear - ASTM F1269
Lead tension - DT/NDT MIL STD 883
Chip cutting - MIL STD 883 §
Column tension - MIL STD 883 §
Inverted soldering tension - JEDEC JESD22-B109
Main models:
1. DAGE4000 Plus push-pull testing machine
Nordson DAGE 4000Plus is an advanced push-pull force tester. As the next generation system, it achieves good accuracy and data repeatability, providing reliable results. The 4000PLUS multifunctional welding strength tester can perform shear force testing up to 500kg, tensile testing up to 100kg, and thrust testing up to 50kg, covering all testing applications including new hot welding bump tensile and fatigue testing.
Product Features:
1. Extensive testing capabilities
The current emerging applications cater to load CARTRIDGE and standard and specialized devices for conducting shear tests up to 500 kilograms and tensile tests up to 100 kilograms. A thrust test of up to 50 kilograms.
2. Image acquisition system
Quick and easy setup, installed near the testing head to help test faster. Improved testing automation.
3. XY platform
The standard XY platform is 160mm, which can meet a wide range of testing needs. The XY platform can also be customized.
Product application:
1. Welding Strip Tensile Test - Various hooks, claws, and other load tools can be used to test samples of various sizes and types.
2 Hot Touch/Needle Pull Test - The new generation CARTRIDGE makes this breakthrough soldering test more accurate, especially for testing printed circuit board materials and low solder bumps
3. Tensile testing of copper wire solder balls, tensile testing of solder nails and columnar protrusions - Customized tensile pliers can be used for tearing force testing at this important connection.
4. Tensile and Shear Fatigue Testing - Fatigue Analysis is becoming an increasingly important way to evaluate the reliability of solder joints. Adjusting software and hardware can use a two-week mode of tensile and shear forces for fatigue analysis
5 Passivation Layer Shear Test - Welding ball shear force testing can be performed using software and specific load tools without being limited by the passivation layer.
