1、 Product Overview

The D2300 series micro differential pressure gauge is an elastic differential pressure instrument that uses advanced spiral magnetic coupling technology and rubber diaphragm as the sensitive element. When differential pressure (including positive pressure and negative pressure) acts on two pressure chambers isolated by a diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and causes the central part to shift, driving the leaf spring equipped with magnetic steel to adjust the range to move. Through magnetic coupling, the spiral shaft rotates, and the pointer rotates with the shaft to indicate the pressure difference on the dial of the instrument, thus achieving the purpose of measuring differential pressure.

Due to the use of frictionless magnetic components in the core components of the instrument, it has the ability to resist vibration, shaking, and high overpressure, making it very suitable for measuring small pressures and differential pressures of air or non corrosive gases.

3、 Product performance

The D2300 series pointer micro differential pressure gauge is an elastic pressure gauge that uses a simple, frictionless magnetic spiral motion and a rubber diaphragm as a sensitive element for measurement. It can quickly indicate the pressure of the measured gas using the pointer, whether it is positive pressure, negative pressure, or differential pressure. And there is no need to fill the table with liquid, so there are no problems such as gasification, freezing, or odor.

The gas being tested must be a non corrosive gas to avoid corroding sensitive components such as rubber membranes.

The tested gas should not contain dust, etc., to avoid blocking the pores and adhering to the internal components of the instrument.

Choose an environment without vibration, with an ambient temperature of -7~60 ℃, and avoid direct sunlight to prevent plastic panel aging.

The samarium cobalt permanent magnet block is installed at the other end of the range spring and uses magnetic force to rotate the spiral shaft.
The range calibration spring uses spring steel plates with good repeatability, which are linked with the compressed diaphragm to calibrate the range.
The silicone diaphragm and O-ring are molded together and installed between the front and back plates. It is tightly fixed and sealed. The displacement of the diaphragm is limited to protect against potential damage caused by overpressure.
The precision manufactured cast aluminum shell can withstand a 168 hour salt spray corrosion test. Dark gray painted surface. All casings are of standard size and can be surface mounted or embedded.
O-ring is used between the gauge cover and the housing to ensure that pressure is sealed inside.
