
I. Overview
DFV and PFV pneumatic eccentric rotary control valves are composed of a pneumatic piston actuator and an unbranded eccentric rotary valve, also known as cam deflection valves. The main features are as follows:
1. The valve body flow channel is approximately a cylinder, with low flow resistance, high rated flow coefficient, and a wide adjustable range.
2. Due to the smooth flow channel, it can eliminate coking, fiber grinding, and particle extrusion, making it suitable for controlling media with high viscosity or containing particles or fibers.
3. Strong resistance to pressure difference, small leakage when closed, and soft valve seat can reach level VI.
Both directions of flow can be used, and the stability is very good; Lightweight and easy to install.
Due to its high level of performance, it can be used within DN300 and at a temperature of 400C, and is widely used in industrial sectors such as power plants, petrochemicals, textiles, and metallurgy.
