
1、 Overview
The factors that directly affect the service life and performance stability of PTFE lined corrosion-resistant pipelines after years of practical use are temperature, pressure, medium, etc. High quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes are the quality assurance for PTFE lining products.
Since the introduction and research of integral molded polytetrafluoroethylene lining technology, our company has successfully produced integral molded lining products through years of unremitting efforts by engineering and technical personnel. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. High operating temperature: Under strong corrosive medium conditions, it can meet the operating temperature range of -60 ℃ to 200 ℃, which can meet all chemical media.
2. Vacuum resistance: Can be used under vacuum conditions. In chemical production, local vacuum conditions are often caused by cooling, vertical discharge, and asynchronous operation of pumps and valves.
3. High pressure resistance: Within the temperature range, it can withstand a usage pressure of up to 3MPa.
4. Anti permeability: High quality polytetrafluoroethylene resin is selected and processed into a high-density and sufficiently thick PTFE lining layer through advanced lining technology, giving the product superior anti permeability.
5. The overall molding and sintering process lining solves the problem of steel fluorine cold and hot expansion, enabling synchronous expansion and contraction.
6. Standardized size configuration is adopted, especially for the pipes and fittings used in chemical pipelines, which have strong interchangeability, providing great convenience for installation and spare parts.
2、 Requirements for the selection of steel pipes and flanges lined with PTFE pipes and fittings
1. The pipeline adopts national standard seamless steel pipes. Due to process requirements, the effective diameter of the lined pipeline is smaller than the nominal diameter of the steel pipe. The designer and user determine the diameter of the steel pipe after necessary effective flow standards are established;
2. Flanges can be made according to user needs according to national standards such as HG, GB, JB, ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN, etc. They can be forged or determined by the contract. Due to the sealing surface processing technology, it is recommended to use plate type flat welding flanges and neck type flat welding flanges. The sealing surfaces are all flat sealing types. In order to facilitate pipeline installation, flat welding ring movable flanges can be provided for users.
3、 PTFE lining layer testing, inspection, and scope of use
1. The pipeline and pipe fittings are subjected to a hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the design pressure;
2. For all PTFE lining layers involved, 100% integrity inspection shall be conducted after water pressure testing, and the leakage point inspection method shall be electric spark testing;
3. Scope of use
a. Operating temperature -50 ℃~200 ℃
b. Use pressure ≤ 2.5 MPa
c. Negative pressure allowed: DN ≤ 250 mm is -0.09 MPa, DN>250 mm is -0.08 MPa.

Roll lined PE (PO) pipes and fittings
1. Using imported high-performance raw materials and reasonable formulas, advanced hot rolling lining technology is adopted to heat melt and combine plastic with steel substrate, making the entire anti-corrosion lining have the following characteristics:
a. No overlapping seams, impact resistance, aging resistance, and resistance to positive and negative pressure. Smooth surface, any shape of steel component can be lined inside and outside.
b. Applicable temperature: -60~100 ℃
c. Applicable pressure: -0.07 MPa to 2.5 MPa
2. Scope of application: Widely used in chemical, power, smelting, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, electroplating and other fields. In addition to sulfuric acid with a concentration of over 95% and concentrated sulfuric acid, various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts are very stable. It is an ideal anti-corrosion material to replace rubber, enamel, stainless steel, fiberglass, plastic plates (pipes) and other linings within -20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
Maintenance and precautions for lined plastic pipes and pipe fittings before use
1. It is not allowed to store outdoors for a long time, avoid sun exposure, rain, violent collisions, and stacking heavy objects in multiple layers.
2. The sealing surface must not be scraped, cut, scratched, scratched or collided with hard objects.
3. It is strictly prohibited to weld, wind cut, fire bake, etc. on the pipes and accessories after lining, and they must be separated from the heat source by more than 1 meter.
