The online monitoring system for heavy metals in flue gas is a crystallization of experience in the development and manufacturing of X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology. The instrument combines flue gas particulate matter dilution sampling technology and isokinetic sampling technology to reduce the moisture and temperature in the flue gas to a certain temperature, and the particulate matter is automatically enriched on the roll filter membrane. The detector and X-ray fluorescence digital multi-channel analysis technology are used to detect the X-ray fluorescence intensity generated by heavy metal particles under X-ray excitation, and the concentration of heavy metals in flue gas particulate matter is calculated through signal intensity and volume conversion. Realize automatic continuous monitoring of the content and total emissions of dozens of heavy metals such as lead, mercury, tin, chromium, arsenic, etc. in flue gas.
