In 1988, the predecessor of Zoomlion, Changsha Construction Machinery Institute, began to develop construction elevators and led the drafting of multiple industry standards such as GB/T 10052-1996 "Classification of Construction Elevators" and GB/T 10054-2005 "Construction Elevators". Thus, the position of Zoomlion as a pioneer in the industry was established. In 2013, Zoomlion's annual sales of construction elevators reached 4878 units, making it the world's largest manufacturer of construction elevators in terms of production and sales volume.
Up to now, Zoomlion Construction Elevators have covered various types of spectrum products with a capacity of less than 2.7 tons and a rated speed of less than 90m/min, and are widely used by domestic and foreign users in construction fields such as building construction, bridges, and power plants.
In recent years, under the promotion of the company's "Product 4.0" strategy, Zoomlion has successively launched multiple 4.0 series construction elevators. Among them, the SC200/200EB (BWM-3S) energy-saving construction elevator won the "Huaxia Construction Science and Technology First Prize" of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development in 2018.
In the future, Zoomlion will continue to upgrade its products around the two main features of "energy saving and intelligence", comprehensively enhance user experience, develop and improve unmanned construction elevators, and create more value for customers.
