Execution standards:
Technical Standard for Inspection of Building Structures GB/T50344-2004;
Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures GB50204-2002
Product Usage:
Concrete resistivity tester, also known as potential detector (corrosion analyzer), is used to measure the electrical resistivity of concrete. The corrosion of steel bars in concrete is an electrochemical process that generates an electric current to dissociate the metal. The lower the electrical resistivity, the easier the corrosion current flows through the concrete, and the greater the possibility of corrosion. Therefore, measuring the electrical resistivity of concrete can effectively evaluate its corrosion resistance and assess the degree of corrosion of existing steel bars.
Product Overview:
RJZL-4000Portable resistivity tester, which detects steel corrosion by measuring the surface resistivity of concrete. This product uses Wenner array electrodes with a standard spacing of 50mm. Powered by 5 AA batteries, it can theoretically be used continuously for 12 hours without interruption.
